How to return or withdraw from your order

We hope you love your Little Lunar sleeping bag(s) as much as we do. But if you would like to make a return, you can easily return your order through our return portal.

 

How it works 

  • You have 14 days from delivery to register a return.
  • Once you have registered your return, the item must be shipped back to us within 14 days.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging included.
  • Please use our return portal to register your return. 

 

Product usage

During the 14-day withdrawal period, you may inspect and try on the product to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would in a physical store.

You are liable for any loss in value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Handling beyond inspection includes, but is not limited to, wearing the product overnight, washing the product, the presence of visible stains (e.g. milk, food, or other substances), odours (including detergent, smoke, or perfume), signs of wear, or missing tags.

In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the product from the purchase amount that will be refunded to you.

 

Return shipping cost

Little Lunar provides a return label at a competitive price - usually lower than standard post offices rates. You can conveniently pay for the label when registering your return in our portal. 

 

Refund

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued within 10 working days to your original payment method.

Please note: item(s) that do not meet the return conditions will not be accepted and therefore won't be eligible for a refund.

If your order qualified for a multi-buy discount and you decide to return part of your order to the extent that the discount would no longer have been valid, we will calculate the difference saved and deduct this from your refund.

If your package is returned due to an incorrectly entered address, uncollected package, or refused delivery at the door, we will charge a 9,95 return and processing fee. 

 

Received a damaged or incorrect product

In case of a faulty, damaged product or in case an incorrect product has been delivered than you ordered, please contact us via info@little-lunar.com for further instructions.

 

Exchange

We do not offer exchanges, if you wish to receive a different item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order. Returns must be registered via our return portal.

 

Don't lose your discount when returning an order

If you return a product purchased with a discount, you won't lose your benefit. We will provide you with the same discount for your next purchase of the same product in a different size or color. Simply email us via info@little-lunar.com with your original order number, and we'll send you a new discount code.
